Cancellation Policy:
Students may cancel and reschedule lessons at any time until 10 minutes after the lesson begins. If the lesson has not been cancelled within the first 10 minutes, the session will be considered a paid lesson and will not be scheduled or refunded.
In the event the teacher must cancel a lesson, the student will be offered the opportunity to reschedule. Alternatively, the teacher may instead choose to refund the student’s tuition for the lesson if rescheduling will not be possible.
Refund Policy:
In the event technical or other problems impact your lesson, please let the teacher know immediately so that we can stop the session and continue at a later date or make other arrangements to immediately address the concern. Once a lesson has been completed, the lesson will be considered fulfilled and will not be repeated or refunded. Feedback and suggestions for improvement are always welcome, but will not result in free lessons or other compensation.
